Sweet and Spicy Crispy Broccoli
🍯 Sweet and 🌶️ Spicy Crispy Broccoli! This is one of my go to side dishes that I absolutely love! It's so easy to make with just a few ingredients and is always so satisfying - especially if you're a broccoli lover like me! You can serve this with tofu, noodles, rice or just enjoy on its own. I make mine in the air fryer, but you can also use an oven or pan fry.
INGREDIENTS
✅ Fresh Broccoli ✅ EV Olive Oil ✅ Salt ✅ Red Pepper Flakes ✅ Garlic Powder ✅ Maple Syrup (or Honey) ✅ Low Sodium Soy Sauce ✅ Cilantro
HOW TO
✅ Mix chopped broccoli florets in a bowl with EVOO ✅ Add Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper Flakes, Syrup and toss until broccoli is well coated ✅ Pour into air fryer basket and set for 10 minutes at 380 degrees *If using oven, preheat to 400 degrees, lay flat on baking sheet and roast for 10 - 15 minutes. ✅ When done, toss in a bowl with some soy sauce ✅ Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional) ✅ Serve
