I am blown away by how they manage to improve the science of creating these vegan “cheeses” so that they taste so similar to real cheese. I first cut dairy from my diet in August of 2019 and I thought that it would be so hard, because I was such a cheese lover, but it really hasn’t been bad because there are so many options that taste just as good! My decision was made as an act of treating our planet better, but, I also noticed that my body started to feel better too! Turns out, dairy had been hurting my stomach for years!
