Cheesy Pesto Cauliflower Steaks - Totally Vegan!

Earth month is a great time to try new vegan recipes and I’m really excited to share my Vegan Cheesy Pesto Cauliflower Steaks with you! These veggie steaks are so easy to make, they're full of flavor, and they’re filling! If you are obsessed with basil, you will especially love them!

INGREDIENTS

✅ Cauliflower

✅ Olive Oil

✅ Salt, Pepper, Herbs

✅ Vegan Pesto - Got mine at Trader Joe's, but you can also make at home

✅ Vegan Cheese Shreds - I used @daiya pepper jack

TO MAKE

✅ Preheat oven to 450°

✅ Slice cauliflower into steaks about an inch thick

✅ Drizzle both sides with olive oil

✅ Season both sides with salt, pepper and herbs

✅ Roast in oven for about 15 - 20 minutes

✅ Remove and top with pesto and cheese

✅ Place back in oven for 10 minutes

✅ Serve and enjoy!
