🍅 MEDITTERANEAN BEAN SALAD 🥗

Summer Salad Season is here! I'm a big fan of Mediterranean flavors - if you are too, you will love this easy salad! The white beans add nice protein and the fresh herbs 🌿add incredible flavor!

Nutrition Facts: 1 cup of white beans has ✅ 17 grams of Protein ✅ 11 grams of Fiber

INGREDIENTS

✅ 1 can white beans, drained & rinsed

✅ 1 large tomato chopped

✅ 1/2 red onion chopped

✅ 2 - 3 tbs. fresh herbs - I used, basil, thyme, oregano - chopped

✅ Salt & Pepper to taste

✅ EV olive oil

✅ Fresh lemon juice

HOW TO

✅ Toss everything together in a bowl, you can add as much or as little olive oil and lemon juice 🍋 as you want - this is the dressing!

✅ Let sit in the fridge to keep chilled before serving!
