Meatless Meatballs & Mashed Potato Medley π€ - Had to share with you my newest "meatless" discovery - these πΏ #plantbased meatballs from @wholefoods 365 brand are REALLY good! I toss them in olive oil, put them in the air fryer for 10 minutes, then toss with bbq sauce. They can be incorporated into a variety of meals, or be enjoyed on their own as a snack. π INGREDIENTS
β 365 Meatless Plant-Based Meatballs (@wholefoods)
β Pre-cooked regular and sweet potatoes
β Dairy-Free Mozzarella Cheese Shreds (@daiya)
β Olive Oil
β BBQ Sauce
β Green Onions
β Seasonings/Salt/Pepper
TO MAKE
β Toss a few meatballs in olive oil, straight from freezer.
β Heat them in your air fryer at 370 degrees for 10-12 minutes. *If you don't have an air fry, line on a baking sheet and put in oven at 375 degrees for 16 -18 minutes.
β While they are cooking, heat up pre-cooked potatoes and mash them together in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper and any other seasonings you like - I used thyme and garlic.
β Sprinkle your dairy-free cheese on top and place in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds, so cheese gets nice and melty.
β When your meatballs are done, toss in a bowl with some bbq sauce until they are evenly coated.
β Top your cheesy potato medley with your meatballs and garnish with chopped green onions. If you make this easy recipe, let me know!
