How to Make Oat Milk
Hi everyone, I wanted to share a super easy how-to video today! Oat milk is the most popular new dairy milk alternative. New research has also come out that it is the most sustainable plant milk there is!

You Need:
✅1 Cup Oats
✅1 TBS. Maple Syrup
✅1 TSP. Vanilla Extract
✅1 Pinch of Salt
✅4 Cups Cold Water
How-To:
1️⃣Soak oats in cold water for 15 minutes, rinse
2️⃣Place oats in blender with 2 cups cold water
3️⃣Blend until smooth
4️⃣Add syrup, vanilla, salt (can exclude or modify based on your preference) and remaining 2 cups water
5️⃣Blend again until very smooth
6️⃣Strain into bowl
7️⃣Serve
*Oat milk can last 5 days refrigerated and sealed.
